It seeks to re-map the learning of Science into a process in which Science concepts are acquired, evaluated, integrated and applied through reading, creative problem-solving, decision-making and investigation. This series is guided by four objectives: To broaden pupils’ understanding of Science concepts, To sharpen pupils’ basic process skills and the use of these skills in more complex integrated processes, To familiarise pupils with school examination formats, To stimulate pupils’ interest in Science. This series makes a good companion for pupils learning Science - one which pupils can turn to for enrichment and revision, so as to widen their knowledge and better their analytical skills.
